Carpet Cleaning – We don’t require much preparation to carry out our carpet cleaning services, but here are a few helpful tips to assist the Technician to carry out the service. Remove all personal items, including children's toys, from the flooring to be cleaned. In some packages we include furniture movement, however this will not include items such as clothing, shoes, etc.
Pest Control – For our Pest Control Services, we do not need you to move furniture. We do ask that you have personal items such as toys, clothing and shoes removed from the perimeter of all rooms. If there are any pets living at the premises they will need to be moved outside, along with their food and water bowls during the treatment. If our Technician is conducting exterior spraying also, the pet will need to be relocated from the property along with water and food bowls, until the product has dried completely, usually just a few hours. If you have Reptiles, Fish or Birds you MUST advise the Technician in advance. Depending on the treatment being provided, our Technician may request that all occupants remove from the property for the duration of the treatment and for a specified time period afterwards. We recommend that any dust be wiped from skirting boards prior to the service, as spraying these areas can create a streaky look, which if wiped away could render pesticide ineffective. Ask the Technician for more information if unsure.
For all services we ask that you have Cash or EFTPOS ready. Please do not ask for credit or pay via cheque as refusal often offends. Our Technicians will require payment at the time of service. If you plan to leave the property prior to the completion of the service, payment will be required prior in order to prevent any disruption to the service being carried out.
